We work live and play at a much faster pace then we ever did. However we still have basic needs like we always have. Technology has enabled us to reach out to communicate and travel the globe. Even if we are not physically close to all our relatives and roots, the internet enables us to reach out to places we never could before, instantly. As much as things have changed, people still have a need to belong.
